How Do You Turn What You Believe Into What You Do?

From Vision to Action

LATEST UPDATES

Welcome back, dear colleague!

Over the past few years, we’ve had the honor of working with hundreds of clinicians and public health leaders around the world. But when we held our first Courageous Community Huddle, something truly moved us - hearing where people come from, and what fuels their fight.

From rural clinics to large city hospitals, we heard stories of care and courage. Stories of clinicians waking up each day to fight for better conditions, fairer systems, and healthier communities. The circumstances were different, but the question at the heart of every story was the same:

“How do I turn what I believe into something I can do?”

That’s why we created Courage in Practice, a weekly rhythm of grounded action, built for those who are ready to lead change with clarity, compassion, and strategy. To get you started, we created a sample edition of the newsletter, which is a great way to see if the content fits your interests and decide if this is the support you’ve been waiting for.

If you subscribe to Courage in Practice, starting May 7, here’s what you’ll receive every Wednesday:

✅ A concise, actionable framework or strategy to apply immediately
✅ A few practical prompts to spark momentum in your work or team
✅ A 2–3 slide pack, ready to use in presentations, projects, or quick conversations

This isn’t a theory class. It’s real tools for real change, delivered weekly.

🔹 Already a member of the Courageous Clinicians Community? You’re all set, Courage in Practice is included in your membership.
🔹 Not a member? You can join the newsletter for just $5/month.

Whether you're leading from the front or just finding your voice, we hope this new chapter supports you the way you’ve supported others. As we shared in last week’s newsletter, People Power Health Insights will remain free, bringing you inspiring conversations, insightful interviews, and regular updates from our team.
